Moses Faya is a Technology Attorney with a wealth of experience in commercial legal practice, specializing in technology-related legal, policy, and business issues. His expertise includes policy, compliance, transactional services, legal development, and governance in the critical areas of Financial Technology, Regulation Technology, and Emerging Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Big Data.

Moses is the founder of Tech Policy Advisory, a technology policy advisory firm, that is focused on constantly exploring the intersections between law, business, and technology to extract value and support our public and private sector clients.

With a strong commitment to digital transformation, Moses has spearheaded numerous initiatives and projects, including being a member of the Digital NBA and an Executive member of the NBA-SBL ICT Committee. He has led capacity-building efforts for commercial lawyers in Nigeria, addressing emerging legal issues driven by the growth of the digital economy, and has played a pivotal role in shaping technology law and practice in Nigeria.

Moses graduated from the University of Jos and the Nigerian Law School. In addition to his professional work, Moses was a member of the Data Protection Bill Drafting 2019–2020, Nigeria National AI Policy Drafting Committee, and Member of the Nigeria Startup Act State Adoption.
